Oasis Hallandale is a new condominium development located at 1000 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hallandale, Florida. Developer Guiseppe Iadisernia along with Architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, principal of Coconut Grove-based Arquitectonica, designed this 10-acre, approximately $370 million project which includes two 25-story condominiums East and West towers with 250 luxury residences in each tower. Oasis Hallandale condominium units range from a one bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit spanning 891 square feet to a three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath condo covering 1,843 square feet plus larger 4 bedroom penthouse units. Oasis Condo residences feature contemporary, open floor plans with up to three bedrooms. They will also have broad balconies with glass railings offering panoramic views of the skyline. Oasis residential amenities include indoor and outdoor movie theaters, gym, ping-pong room, pool and 24-hour lobby attendants. Though not on the water, the units offer ocean views. Units start at $427,000.
Oasis Hallandale is a large scale, mixed-use development that includes five commercial buildings with a total 59,219 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 34,691 square feet of office space. The result is a multi-block district of luxury residences, shops, restaurants, and offices producing Hallandale’s first mix use destination. The project broke ground in May 2020 and is due for completion by 2025.
Construction on Oasis Hallandale will take place in four phases, each of which will take approximately two years although some will be built simultaneously. Here is the breakdown:

Phase 2, Commercial Building – Construction begins January 2021
Phase 3, Residential West Tower – Construction begins December 2021
Phase 4, Residential East Tower – Construction begins June 2023
