Caribbean Miami Beach is a complex composed of upscale condominium towers that were originally built in 1941 and designed by the famed architect, L. Murray Dixon. In 2008, the building went through a renovation. The newly designed building was developed by Christa Development Corporation and Bluerock; Kobi Karp, well-known South Florida architect, redesigned the building. The interiors were designed by Christopher Ciccone. The Caribbean now has 2 towers: North Tower has 35 floors and South Tower has 19 floors and combine for 103 units.
