Developers have announced plans to build a NoMad Residences in Wynwood, with a Casa Tua Cucina.

NoMad is proposed to rise 9 stories with:

  • 329 condo units
  • 18,452 square feet of ground floor commercial space, including Casa Tua Cucina
  • 193 parking spaces on-site in an enclosed and lined garage

Units will range in size from 464 to 931 square feet, with prices starting at $500,000 including full furnishing.

Buyers will have the option to rent their units on a short-term basis through an in-house management team.

There will also be a rooftop restaurant called The NoMad Bar, which will be helmed by James Beard Award Winner Leo Robitschek.

Andrew Zobler, CEO at Sydell Group and the founder of NoMad, recently relocated to Miami, according to a press release.

Related Group, Tricap, and Alex Karakhanian’s LNDMRK Development are the developers. Fortune International is handling sales. Arquitectonica is the architect.

Construction targeted to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022.
