The Armani Residences Sunny Isles Beach condos are a project by developers Gil Dezer and Jorge Perez, of Dezer Development and the Related Group, respectively. The building's architect César Pelli has worked on several notable projects throughout the globe, including the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in the city of Miami and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The distinct “Armani” touch that gives the building its name can be found in none other than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, currently the world's tallest skyscraper. Soon you will be able to enjoy a great oceanfront living experience within the upscale residences boasting floor plans from 1,350 to over 4,250 square feet under air.
